Company Monitoring
Track legal changes on French companies and get notified automatically
Company Monitoring lets you watch French companies (identified by SIREN) for legal events such as governance changes, address moves, capital modifications, and collective proceedings. When something happens, you get an event in your feed and optionally a webhook delivery.
How it works
- Create a watch on a SIREN number. Optionally filter by event categories.
- Verifiables polls public registries (INPI RNE, BODACC, INSEE Sirene) daily on your behalf.
- When a change is detected, an event is created and stored.
- If you have configured a webhook, the event is delivered to your endpoint with an HMAC signature.
Registries are polled once a day, so changes are typically detected within a day of their publication.
Core concepts
| Concept | Description |

| Watch | A subscription to changes on a specific SIREN. You can scope it to specific event categories. |
| Event | A detected change, e.g. an address change or new accounts filing. Events are immutable and queryable. |
| Alert | Per-watch notification preferences. Control which categories notify immediately, go to a digest, or stay muted. |
| Webhook | An HTTPS endpoint that receives event payloads shortly after detection. Secured with HMAC-SHA256 signatures. |
Event categories
Monitoring classifies legal events into 14 categories (13 business categories plus an unknown fallback for unclassifiable records):

dissolution | Company dissolved |
radiation | Company struck off the registry |
unknown | Source record could not be classified |
